I believe it is my role here at Rymfire Elementary to help support your child in every way possible, so that they may continue a successful educational journey. I began with the roadrunners in March of this year, and was previously a counselor and teacher for various Duval County schools. I have a wonderful family including two great boys, one of which is currently at Rymfire with the other attending FPCHS. We enjoy sporting events, car shows, building computers, and of course our time at Flagler beach! I am so excited for the events we have in store this year for you and your child, and I am so grateful to be a part of this amazing Rymfire team!
Grades 3 and 4
Greetings from Rymfire!
Family, education and service are very important to me. I am married, have 3 wonderful sons and 2 precious grandchildren.
I hold a Masters degree in Education and a Masters degree in Guidance & Counseling. I have worked in the school system for over 20 years: as an educator at the Elementary level in Texas and Florida for 15 years and as a School Counselor until the present. I look forward to another enriching year as a counselor working alongside the dedicated Rymfire Team, where students always come first! Some of the leisure activities I enjoy are reading, singing, taking walks, and spending time with family and friends.
Grades 5 and 6
Hello Roadrunners! I am excited to enter my 11th year as School Counselor at Rymfire Elementary School and my 20th in education. I have two wonderful boys, Dylan is a Junior at Flagler Palm Coast High School, and Jake is starting college this year at Ave Maria University. I have a wonderful husband, Jim Gambone, who is a teacher and coach at FPCHS. I am an avid reader and "cheerleader" for all my boys activities and sports. I love my job as a school counselor and look forward to another fantastic year.
