Parent Teacher Organization

The Rymfire Elementary Parent Teacher Organization, also known as RES PTO, is an active organization set up to carry out both educational and fun activities for students during the school year. Parents and guardians are encouraged to join the PTO and become involved with some of the many committees we have, including our Holiday Shop, Family Fun Nights, and more.

The RES PTO invites you to join us in making a difference in the education and quality of life for all our children. Becoming a member of the RES PTO not only helps enrich the education of your own children but comes with many benefits. It allows you to cast your vote on important PTO matters, and gives you access to participate in PTO-sponsored events.

Every year, membership dues are collected and a new updated member list is created. The membership cost is $5.00 per family. RES PTO meetings will be held quarterly in The Oasis Media Center at 6:00 pm. Event reminders will be created and sent out through Facebook, and paper memos sent home with your student.

At each PTO meeting, volunteers may sign up for different upcoming events. You can still join the PTO even if you can’t attend meetings. We encourage school-wide parent and teacher involvement. There are many ways RES families can get involved!
